Special offers or promotions that appear in a publication or our email newsletter may only be redeemed until the date specified in that publication or email newsletter. Other conditions may also apply.

Gift Vouchers are available and are valid for three (3) years from date of purchase.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy for Appointments
We realise that sometimes it’s necessary for you to change or cancel your appointment. Out of courtesy to other clients who are waiting for an appointment, we kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you wish to change or cancel your appointment.

We reserve the right to request a deposit and to charge a cancellation fee of $150 for changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice.

We supply goods and services in New Zealand, so all goods and services on our website are advertised in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%. We reserve the right to change advertised prices at any time.
