At Clinic 42 / Stem Cell Life, we respect your privacy and are committed to keeping your personal and health information safe.

What information do we collect?
We collect information that helps us provide you with safe, high-quality care, such as:

Your name and contact details and date of birth

Your medical history and current health concerns

Test results and treatment information

Billing and payment details

We only collect the information we need to look after you properly.

How do we collect your information?
We usually collect information directly from you.

Sometimes we may also receive information from:

  • Other healthcare providers (like your GP or specialists)
  • Family members or caregivers (with your permission)
  • Health services such as Health NZ or ACC

If we receive information from somewhere else, we will let you know
