BOTULINUM TOXIN

To minimise the risk of inadvertent spread of the product to an adjacent muscle, and to help minimise/prevent any bruising, please follow our advice:

• Avoid lying flat for the first 6 – 8 hours
• Avoid rubbing or applying pressure to the treated areas – gentle cleansing is ok 4 hours post treatment
• Avoid any facials or face down massage for 1 week post treatment
• Avoid activities that can cause facial flushing – strenuous exercise, saunas, spas, drinking excess alcohol in the first 24 hours post-treatment
• Do not take any medicines that can thin the blood for 24 hours post-treatment eg. anti-inflammatories, Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Omega fish oils, Vitamin E, Warfarin and other prescription anti-coagulant medication (unless discussed with your practitioner).

You may apply mineral makeup as necessary with a clean and light application technique.

Some people experience a mild headache. Taking Paracetamol should ease this if required.
