Dr Lynn Theron received her medical qualifications from Grooteschuur Hospital in Cape Town in 1990. Lynn settled in NZ in 1997 when she entered the Emergency Medicine Training Programme, obtained her fellowship from the Australasian College of Emergency Medicine and is now an Emergency Medicine Specialist at Auckland City Hospital. During her training she worked at various intensive care departments throughout Auckland and on the Westpac rescue helicopter.

Lynn has practiced Appearance Medicine since 1999. As a fellow of the New Zealand College of Appearance Medicine she keeps abreast of the latest techniques and developments by attending conferences and meeting with international experts. Lynn was elected to be on the Executive Committee for the New Zealand College of Appearance Medicine and is the New Zealand Eductaion Officer who assists new trainees in this field. She has been invited to lecture in Appearance Medicine at various international conferences and assists local media with up to date trends in this industry. She provides her clients with improved appearance for any aging skin, by treating wrinkles and facial volume with various dermal fillers and Botox treatments.
