Juvederm is a range of dermal fillers. The range consists of non-permanent Hyaluronic Acid gels. Hyaluronic Acid naturally occurs in all tissues throughout the body. Much like a sponge, HA attracts water molecules and creates hydrated, plump tissue. We like to consider HA as the body’s internal moisturiser. As we age, our natural ability to replenish our HA reserves depletes. This is one of the underlying causes for the outward signs of ageing. We use HA gel fillers to replenish HA in certain areas of the face and body to revers or correct the visible signs of ageing.
The Juvederm Range consists of the following products. Although essentially the same ingredient is in each product, they are all manufactured slightly differently to address different concerns. For example we use a different dermal filler in lips than in cheeks.
- Juvederm® Refine
- Juvederm® Ultra
- Juvederm® Ultra Plus
- Juvederm® Volbella
- Juvederm® Volift
- Juvederm® Voluma
